The Fox Forever Endeavor

I've finally taken the initiative to tackle our wedding planning process. With all of the visions in my head, pictures pulled from magazines, and dozens (x 15) of ideas bookmarked to my computer, it's time to get this show on the road. I decided to go with a sketchbook rather than a scrapbook, expandable file folder or binder because I like the idea of having something lightweight that allows me to paint, draw and glue.

I'm excited to put my design skills and creative power to work. This will be such a wonderful keepsake to have after all of the little details pull together for our special day, and the fact that I'm crafting another DIY project is an added bonus for me.

I'm looking forward to filling these blank pages with inspiration boards and keeping a visual journal of the entire planning process. I'll also be sharing a few of the pages with all of you, so stay tuned =)

  8. I'm so excited for you!
I've seen others have a DIY wedding, and they always seem to end way more pretty than anybody could have designed, and are more meaningful to the bride and groom as well!

  9. I love the idea of a sketchbook over a folder/binder. Leaves much room for creativity to be captured whether it be a list, a sketch, a picture or even fabric swatches etc. When we started our home renovations I created one which I now look back on a makes me smile. Filled with lots of inspiration and a great keepsake. Look forward to seeing how your plans go. :)

I've seen a couple other DIY weddings, and they always seem to be so much more pretty than anything a wedding planner could have come up with! And they also seem to be more meaningful to the bride and groom! Good luck! Can't wait to see what you create!
