Every Song Tells A Story. What's Your Song?

"Home" by Phillip Phillips is my song.
The song has shared in my tears,
my frustrations,
my excitement,
and my happiness
over the course of the past three months.
It's felt like the song has eerily come on the car radio or Pandora at just the right time,
exactly when I needed a little bit of comfort or reassurance about the unknown.

Hold on, to me as we go
As we roll down this unfamiliar road
And although this wave is stringing us along
Just know you're not alone
Cause I'm going to make this place your home

Settle down, it'll all be clear
Don't pay no mind to the demons
They fill you with fear
The trouble it might drag you down
If you get lost, you can always be found

Just know you're not alone
Cause I'm going to make this place your home

Settle down, it'll all be clear
Don't pay no mind to the demons
They fill you with fear
The trouble it might drag you down
If you get lost, you can always be found

Just know you're not alone
Cause I'm going to make this place your home

Every song tells a story. What's "Your Song"?

(PS - Brutus and I are off to Germany today!

  2. Humm.. interesting. I have few of them. I think "The Climb" by Miley Cyrus is the first that comes to mind.

  3. I love when a song says everything so perfectly! Joshua Radin and Richard Walters tend to hit the spot every time.

Safe travels back to Germany and best wishes as you settle back into life abroad!

  4. I love that song! One of my songs is "Stop Crying Your Heart Out" by Oasis, an oldie but the lyrics just really speak to me!

  5. Love your new design! Maybe it's not that new because I have been MIA for like 2 weeks, but I love it all the same!
